Our products are made-to-order and shipped out within 3-7 business days. Our on-demand order fulfillment company has facilities worldwide, so depending on your location, your order will be printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently.
Delivery time varies based on your location. Below are estimated delivery times based on our experience, but please note that these are not guaranteed:
USA: 3-4 business days
México: 10-20 business days
Europe: 6-8 business days
Australia: 8-14 business days
Japan: 4-8 business days
International: 10-20 business days
Please note that due to the Covid-19 pandemic, our fulfillment times may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. We're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Customs and Taxes
For international orders, an additional customs and tax fee may occur. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country, so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
We don’t ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, we don’t ship to the following destinations:
Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
Please note that due to Russia’s war in Ukraine, shipping to Ukraine is severely limited. For now, we’re only able to ship products fulfilled in our Latvian facilities.
Additionally, due to the impacts related to the Covid-19 pandemic and other unrelated service disruptions, our shipping carriers also don’t offer international shipping to the following countries (last updated on Oct 26, 2022):

Damaged or Incorrect Products
We strive to provide high-quality products, but in the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email us at email@example.com within a week's time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We'll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, please check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address. You can also ask your local post office if they have your package or stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
